Globalization makes the world increasingly gainful and stable. In the previous not many decades, the worldwide economy has gotten progressively interconnected and incorporated. This incorporation is very obvious in the universal markets and it has been on a consistent increment since the seventeenth century despite the fact that over the most recent couple of years, globalization has experienced insurgency which has offered ascend to numerous disputable issues with respect with its impacts and effects on the bigger worldwide society (Lindert, Williamson 2001). A few inquires about have demonstrated that over the most recent two decades or somewhere in the vicinity, the expanded combination in the worldwide markets has brought about more prominent imbalance in the manner salary is disseminated among countries around the globe. In association with this, Bourguignon and Morrisson (2000) have likewise seen that joining disparity inside and across nations has gotten a huge ascent the worldwide imbalance since 1960 hence making the effectively poor nations less fortunate while the rich nations get more extravagant through globalization. Globalization alludes to the manner by which countries progressively become interconnected with each other as far as monetary, political, mechanical, social and social perspectives. As a general rule, the word globalization is utilized to allude to the monetary part of a country. Monetary globalization portrays the mix of national economies into the universal economies by means of exchange, relocations, worldwide market capital streams, remote ventures and expanded utilization of innovation. The expanding pace of globalization as has been knowledgeable about the previous two decades or so has prompted fast development of worldwide exchange, money related capital streams, direct remote ventures and cross outskirt exchange exchanges (Johnston, Taylor, Watts 2002). The significant facilitators of this development incorporate improved vehicle and correspondence framework, improved innovative expertise, snappier techniques for media transmission and internet providers. What's more, globalization has been supported by evacuation of exchange obstructions and approaches across countries which already hindered universal exchange among countries. This has now changed exchange and empowered more fare and import exchanges which advance globalization. The foundation of universal exchange associations, for example, world bank, IMF and WTO have additionally assumed a critical job in encouraging globalization as they are dedicated to advancing exchange and speculation across countries around the world. The aftereffect of this sort of globalized exchange is nearness of worldwide organizations (MNCs) whose financial plans surpass those of the economies of numerous countries where they are arranged (Atkison 1999). Globalization and supportability. In the ongoing years, numerous debates have radiated from the issue of globalization. It is presently observed a superfluous abhorrence which is undermining the social and ecological maintainability of the worldwide social orders. Globalization is seen by certain individuals as an open door for national and universal financial development while others feel that it is a danger to monetary flourishing, political sway and social respectability (Jussilla, Cullen 2002). Individuals in created nations are especially worried about the way that globalization represents a danger to incompetent laborers who will undoubtedly be left jobless with the expanded innovative strategies for creation in the contracting businesses. Then again, the creating countries are for the most part worried about the loss of political forces and power just as loss of financial thriving which will undoubtedly be realized by globalization. As indicated by Bhalla (2002) the entire idea of globalization is encircled by ideological issues both constructive and contrary which over the long haul influence the individuals or social orders in the globalized world. , the dubious part of globalization can not be handily settled. Globalization and ecological supportability. Natural maintainability alludes to the part of tending to the necessities of the current worldwide social orders completely while being careful not to bargain the requirements of the social orders which are to come, that is, people in the future. Agreeing Heinberg (2005), globalization has legitimately or in a roundabout way prompted a few ecological issues, for example, a dangerous atmospheric devation, expanded deforestation, consumption of the ozone layer, devastation of water catchment territories, biodiversity, most common assets have reached or are approaching exhaustion levels, contamination of water, air and the whole condition among others. For example, globalization has empowered MNCs to put resources into nations which have not many or no ecological protection by-laws and this outcomes in high ecological debasement just as exhaustion of normal assets. In any case, the WTO in light of this impact has contended that the a lot of pay or capital streams earned from globalization are fit for providing food for the natural debasement and this will undoubtedly improve the nature of the earth to much better expectations that it were in previously. Likewise, globalization has prompted expanded industrialisation everywhere throughout the globe and this has brought about the much feared impacts of consumption of the ozone layer and a worldwide temperature alteration. A dangerous atmospheric devation comes because of arrival of modern toxins from the assembling ventures into the earth. Such contaminations incorporate carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, oxides of sulfur, etc. The impacts of an Earth-wide temperature boost are very clear everywhere throughout the globe as they have prompted various changes in climate and atmosphere bringing about dry season and starvations in certain pieces of the world among different impacts. The consumption of the ozone layer happens because of arrival of synthetic concoctions, for example, freons and fluorocarbons in to the air which respond with ozone layer thus diminishing it (Bellow 2001). However, there are a few constructive outcomes of globalization according to ecological supportability. Unequivocally, globalization has prompted improved techniques for vitality usage, replacement of assets particularly those happening normally, development of metal recuperation and material reusing strategies, dematerialisation of assets among other positive practices (Eiezen, Maxine 2006). Globalization has especially been putting incredible accentuations on dematerialisation and this has helped enterprises to improve their effectiveness underway, limit and deal with their waste creation and decreased the creation costs through utilization of modest precise methodology. Also, the utilization of improved mechanical techniques has made organizations to embrace more current and increasingly effective strategies for vitality usage and therefore, the vitality necessities in industrialized nations have considerably diminished in the ongoing years. In addition, numerous non-sustainable power source assets have been subbed with inexhaustible wellsprings of vitality and this has extraordinarily diminished the danger of consumption of such assets soon. In spite of the fact that the improved innovation has incredible constructive outcomes on the ecological supportability, globalization is contrarily connected with the exportation and utilization of advancements and exercises that can effectsly affect the earth. All these ecological impacts of globalization have either an immediate or a roundabout effect on the worldwide social orders. Absence of clean water for example is a negative impact which is probably going to make maladies and enduring the bigger populace. Then again, improved vitality proficiency, cutting edge innovation and industrialisation makes an interpretation of a more prominent bit of leeway to the individuals living in the globalized world regarding better quality shopper items, free trade of merchandise, capital and administrations between countries among others. Globalization and social manageability. On the part of social supportability, globalization assumes a significant job as far as improving or bringing down the economic wellbeing of the individuals living in globalized world. Specialists have contended that globalization will in general force a more noteworthy impediment to the poor nations while simultaneously it favors the effectively evolved countries (Bellow 2001). They include that in spite of the fact that globalization is accepted to support facilitated commerce among countries, it lead to much disparity between the created and the immature nations since the creating nations can't contend well with the created nations in the worldwide markets (Agyeman, Bullar, Evans 2003). Likewise, the expanded utilization of innovation will undoubtedly render numerous individuals jobless particularly the incompetent specialists, since the majority of the work which was recently done physically by the individuals is currently effectively done by machines. This considers adversely the general public particularly in the less fortunate nations since when individuals don't land positions to do, they are probably going to experience the ill effects of starvation, unexpected weakness, lack of education among other social issues (Walker 2005). On the constructive side, globalization permits free development of individuals across countries as they exchange and this has advanced social decent variety, intermarriages, the travel industry, etc. This has additionally advanced peace, understanding and solidarity between people just as countries. It is accordingly evident that globalization has some basic effects on the public activities of people a gatherings living in the industrialized nations. Personalities and forces dependent on globalization and manageability. It is the general instinct of the people that they would gain more and more without sacrifice anything for anyone (Giolito Van Dierendonck, 2015). Our own greed and wants of self esteem prevents us from being a servant leader. Only the person who has a tendency to scarify for the well being of the people can serve as servant leader. Jesus acted as a servant leader as he wanted to show the example of disciples for his followers. From my point view, a servant leader has a strong belief in him. A servant leader would not consider himself above the people he leads. In order to embrace a servant leadership mind we have to believe that God will help us in every aspect of our life and we should also worship God. We should make trust on the God and show respect upon the God. A servant leader believes in him an d also upon the potentiality of the employees of the organization (Carroll Patterson, 2014). As a good servant leader, one should be willing to lead the employees for reaching to an agreed goal. He would never think himself different from his peers and follower. According to me, servant leader would use power of legitimacy for the good of employees who have bright potential. Read Mark Servant leadership is referred to as the philosophy as well as a set of practices that enriches the life of the individuals. They create a greater work environment in the organization by creating better caring workplace. Jesus said that Whoever finds his life will lose it and whoever loses his life for my sake will found it. This truth can be related to the issues of servant leadership. It is concept of ancient religion that the people who serve the god more intensely, will also surely serve people more intensely. From my point of view, an effective servant leader would be able to listen to the employee more intently and respectfully. They also act according the information they receive from them (Liden et al. 2014). Jesus informed his followers that the way of children of god would be extremely different from the rule of the earth. He also states that the ruler of the earth seeks for power and position. According to him, followers of Christ should be the last and servant of everyone if he wants to be the first. Just the statement of the Jesus, servant leaders should work for the well being of their followers and finds potentialities among the employees. The principle of servant leadership shows that a servant leader relies on the persuasion and co-operation rather than authority and delegation (Hoskins, 2014). Foresight of the servant leaders depicts that they take lesson from the pasta and use it at the present condition for resolving the problem (Bobbio et al. 2012). From my point of view, a servant leader believes in the intrinsic value of the employees and they try to lead with deep commitment for personal and professional growth of the employees. This can be related to the statement of Jesus as the servant leader leads the employees as if they are serving the employee at their knee. Reflection 1 The prime issue that I have identified in my organization is issue in the leadership of the organization. Leadership problem has stifled the creativity and productivity of the organization. The organization operates in a global economy. It means that the focus is not only to expand the market and making potential customers. The organization should also focus on maintaining a good internal relationship with the employees, but it has been found that the leaders were unable to communicate properly with the employees of the organization (Kapadia, 2015). The leaders were running their leadership on the basis of Me and We principle, where the leaders are were running autocratic leadership in the organization. A lack of accountability has been found among the leaders of the organization. The leaders were not transparent and they were not sharing any important information with their follower (Schaeffer Mattis, 2012). It was preventing the employees to show interest in the growth of the orga nization. This has also slowed down the productivity of the employee and it in turn slowed down the productivity of the organization. I have also found that leaders are making false assumption about the task to be assigned among the employees. The leaders were unable to make equal task division among the employees. This activity of the leaders makes confliction among the employee in the workplace (Ragins et al. 2012). They were unable to confront challenges in the sense that they were misinterpreting the demand of the future needed employees for the organization. The human resource managers were doing recruitment process based on the false assumption of the leaders which was creating wrong recruitment for the organization. The leaders were lacking emotional intelligence for which they were unable to solve the conflicts of the employee. Reflection 2 In my organization I have found that there is no proper succession planning. All the employees are though working hard but still they are not getting higher position in the management. On the other hand, my origination pays high amount of rewards and recognition from time to time, but the employees are not more satisfied by this policy. I have found that much of the employees are trying to shift their careers in other sector where they will be able to widen their career. I have also found that the employee were not interested in their jobs and were losing motivation in serving for longer hours. This in turn was creating less productive environment in the organization (Behal Bansal, 2013). Most of the new employees are been hired from other organizations are put in higher executive levels (Cummings Worley, 2014). This is actually creating a distress among the present employees. The present employees are serving in the organization for more than one year but none of the employees are given higher position. I understood that this is a kind of management problem and management I taking unanimous decision. The management was not taking care of its existing employees. I came across many employees who are going for interviews in different organizations so that they will be able to earn more basic salary. The management was not able to understand that if the existing employees are leaving then the organizational effectiveness will be lost (Hayes, 2014). It will take a huge time for the organization to train the new employees and in such as case it will lose its position in competition. References Behal, V., Bansal, P. (2013).
